JACKIE YOON, Founder

I remember accompanying my father to banks, community events, and his own business ventures when I was 12 years old. I was exposed to business operations, P&Ls, and implementing strategic & tactical plans before I Understood the terms.

i spent the first 25 years of my career in the financial industry and rose to leadership at two major global banking institutions.

I led the opening of new markets, grew existing markets, and turned around struggling teams. Under my leadership, I hired, trained, and cultivated careers for hundreds of talented professionals.

I designed and executed the business plan that resulted in the first investment of major resources from our bank to support entrepreneurs in our community at what is now the innovation center. Even during my tenure in large institutions, I understood the value and impact of entrepreneurs and business owners in our economy.

Leadership development is an essential part of employee retention, client satisfaction, and long term business growth.

After 25 years serving extraordinary clients in global institutions, I returned to my roots as the founder and President of YFB Strategies & Consulting — with more innovation, technology, and strategies to draw from.

The World is moving faster, and being nimble is a true asset.

The challenges of entrepreneurs, businesses, and professionals in a competitive market are unique. I have endured many of the same challenges or have been side by side with clients climbing that same mountain.

Sharing my journey is truly rewarding.
